Since our software packages are niche products, we sell them mostly through the direct channel of the Internet.
Nevertheless, it happens that customer prefer going through the services of resellers, for many different reasons (direct help in the installation process, possibility to order in US dollars, exclusive supplier for a company, etc.).
All those reasons are legitimate at our eyes.

General Conditions
We apply the same conditions to all resellers. We're not seeking for exclusive distributorship relations, because this doesn't fit the very nature of our products. That means that we'll apply the same discount rates to all resellers buying from us, depending only on the size of the order, and that we don't have budgets to contribute to your advertizing efforts. To say it again, this is meaningless for products like ours, where the only real publicity is the word of mouth.

Reseller Discount
Our basic discount rate is 30% off the public list price. There is no minimum order (we happily honor even orders for a single copy).
We offer better discounts (45 %) for orders of five and more packages (all titles counted together).
All orders must be prepaid (we prefer credit card, but ask us for other solutions if needed). We don't apply handling and shipping fees for orders taken on the Internet. The Internet order form is a special order page, not linked from the main site. We'll give you its address after opening a reseller account.

Technical Support
We expect from resellers that they will be able to help users in the first level support (installation, and the like). Other technical problems can be directed to us (via e-mail, but please take the time to consult the FAQs). On the other hand, we are ready to answer your questions (or the questions of your customers) about technical aspects before the order. Just send us an e-mail. The answer is generally sent the same day (don't forget that we're based in Paris [France]).
